This area of the law includes the registration of Trade Marks, Copyrights and Patents and the litigation that arises out of these rights. The Bahamas is a signatory on the Treatty and our firm deals with concurrent registrations under the Treatty as well as first-time registrations under the Copryright Act, Trade Marks Act and Patents Act.
