Khalila Wanalia Astwood-Dorsett LL.B. (HONS)

Born in Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos Islands, November 2, 1977.  Afer attaining her LEC in 2001, she was admitted in 2002 to the  Jamaica Bar and in July 2003 was admitted to the Turks and Caicos Bar.

Education
In 1994, she graduated as Valedictorian from the Helena Jane Robinson High School.  Having decided to pursue legal careers, she and her twin sister then moved to Barbados to attend the Barbados Community College.  In 1996 she successfully completed her A’ Levels & an Associate Degree in Politics and Government and Sociology.  She then moved onto the University of The West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados where she attained her LL.B. Second Class Honours in 1999.  From there a move was made to Nassau, Bahamas to the Eugene Dupuch Law School.  In 2001 she obtained her Legal Education Certificate.

In July of 2005 she became a junior partner.
